Puan Diah Binti Talib assumed the position of Vice President of Corporate Affairs, at PSDC in May of 2009. She first joined PSDC in 2004 as a Senior Executive of Accounts and was subsequently promoted as Manager of Corporate Affairs in 2006.

Puan Diah has more than 14 years of experience spanning industries such as the financial services, construction, property development, training & event management and public services sectors. She previously held the positions of Financial Controller at Landscape Training & Technology Center Sdn Bhd (LTTC), Business Development Manager and Accountant at the project management firm, Cypark Group and auditor with the firm, Azman, Wong, Salleh & Co.

Puan Diah holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from University Technology MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, she is responsible for strategic corporate planning, implementation and monitoring in addition to daily administration, human resource development and financial operations.
