CURRICULUM VITAE FOR IR. AHMAD ‘ASRI ABDUL HAMID
President PSDC

Ir. Ahmad Asri Abdul Hamid has been appointed as the President of Professional Services Development Corporation, PSDC on 18th April 2008. Prior to this, Ir. Ahmad ‘Asri has held the post of General Manager of the International Division for the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) for 9 years, where he had been responsible in facilitating and stimulating the export of construction services.

Before joining CIDB in 1998, Ir. Ahmad Asri had served the Public Works Department as a Mechanical Engineer from 1985 during which he was involved in the design and supervision of mechanical services systems in buildings.

Ir. Ahmad Asri holds a first class honours Mechanical Engineering Degree from The University of Adelaide, South Australia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Open University, UK. He is a professional engineer, and a Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). He is also a Member of The Institution of Fire Engineers (UK) Malaysia Branch and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
