Project - PREMEF
The intended scope
covers all services rendered by the
Agência Nacional de Transportes
Terrestres (ANTT), as well as services
rendered by companies regulated by
the ANTT, in the areas of highway and
railroad passengers transport, railroad
freight transport and federal conceded
toll roads.
Period of implementation
of the service is tentatively 12 months
beginning in August of 2010.
The services will include
a full support to ANTT in the design,
preparation and execution of users’ satisfaction
surveys, including eventual refinement
of surveys methodology for consecutive
years taking stock of the first year
experience, as well as in the evaluation
of the surveys’ results.

the environmental management of works;
the strengthening and improving GERAM’s
technical team to handle routine activities;
and
the upgrading and deploying DERBA
Environmental Management System.
