The intended scope covers all services
rendered by the Agência Nacional
de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT), as
well as services rendered by companies
regulated by the ANTT, in the areas of
highway and railroad passengers transport,
railroad freight transport and federal
conceded toll roads.
Period of implementation of the service
is tentatively 12 months beginning in
August of 2010.
The services will include a full support
to ANTT in the design, preparation and
execution of users’ satisfaction
surveys, including eventual refinement
of surveys methodology for consecutive
years taking stock of the first year
experience, as well as in the evaluation
of the surveys’ results.

To
carry out a detailed design of BRT Phase
2 and 3. The design covers three main areas:
being the infrastructure design (in
the physical location);
the network plans (the service plans)
and;
The organizational and institutional
management plan.
In addition the project purpose is to
provide and achieve optimum commuter
coverage, provide efficient level of
service and enhance socio-economic benefits,
especially for low income population
while maximizing private participation
and minimizing public costs as well as
reducing congestion, pollution and traffic
noise.
