PSDC is wholly owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated, a body incorporated under the Minister of Finance (Incorporated) Act 1957 and is parked as an agency under the Ministry of Works, Malaysia. A Board of Directors that is appointed by the Ministry of Works governs PSDC, while the organization at large is guided by a consultative panel that comprise of various professional associations, boards, institutions and business councils (hyperlink to board of directors and consultative panel).
