Malaysia’s revised offer on Professional Services in the WTO is dated 7 December 2005. The revised offer is conditional upon the outcome of the negotiations stipulated by the GATS as well as upon other WTO members making satisfactory offers in sectors where Malaysia has interest as indicated through requests submitted and bilateral discussions. It is also conditional upon the outcomes of the Doha negotiations and consistency with the framework of the GATS.
