CONSULTATIVE PANEL
TERMS OF REFERENCES
The Term of Reference mainly focus on the 3 main roles as follows :-
- To
advise in the development of PSDC Business Plan
-
To monitor the execution of PSDC Business Plan
-
To advise on the continuous improvement of PSDC Business Plan in relation
to the 10 strategic imperatives
The
members shall be appointed by the Ministry of Works upon approval by the
Board of Directors. They shall comprise of the representatives from the
following:-
- Relevant
Ministries and Government Agencies.
-
Professional
Institutions and Boards relevant to the core business of PSDC.
- Individuals
identified by PSDC as being able to contribute towards the goals of
PSDC.
- Universities
and Research Institutes .Each organization shall nominate 1 permanent
representative with alternate representative.
The
tenure of the appointment shall be for a period of 2 years.
The
Chairman of the Consultative Panel shall be the Chairman of PSDC and in
his absence a member of PSDC’s Board of Directors shall chair the
meeting.
