  ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE -
A. EXPORT PROMOTION
B. VOICE OF PROFESSIONALS
C. INFORMATION HUB

Requirements:-

  • Post graduate/Graduate qualification with at least 8 years of working experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Malaysian professional services industry, the market development practices of professional services and trade policy concerning liberalisation of professional services.
  • Strong statistical and analytical abilities to research, compile, analyse and develop primary and secondary data.
  • Excellent knowledge of communicating data gathered as useful information in written form for external use and publication.
  • Able to organise and manage the company’s resource centre.
  • Multilingual with excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must possess managerial and leadership skills.
  • Must be creative, self directed and able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
 
  EXECUTIVES – PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT

Requirements:-

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or related field preferably with at least 2 years working experience.
  • Must be able to coordinate all the activities of the department including organising meetings, preparing minutes and presentations.
  • Exposure in conducting research/surveys, event management and/or editorial will be an added advantage.
  • Mature and resourceful candidates, who value challenges, enjoy meeting people and have a strong command in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and oral.
  • Must have the ability to organise work, set priorities and work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Must be well versed in MS Office applications.
 
  EXECUTIVE – ACCOUNTING & COMPANY SECRETARIAL

Requirements:-

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Must be able to handle the full set of Accounts and prepare monthly financial report.
  • To coordinate with the Company Secretary on all company secretarial matters including Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Annual Reports.
  • To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and lawyers.
  • Proficient in the requirements of Malaysian Accounting Standards, Income Tax and Company Law.
  • Exposure in an audit firm will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of computerised accounting software especially UBS will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and oral.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be well versed in MS Office applications.
 
  SECRETARY

Requirements:-

  • PSC qualification or Diploma in Secretarial Studies with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Analytical, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be PC literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in database (mailing list) management will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Must have a strong command in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and oral.
  • Must be able to liaise and interact with senior government officials and professionals effectively.
